Most Days You Can find me at home in my home studio space either Teaching Yoga, Training new Yoga teachers and dreaming up the next location for our international Yoga Retreats.

Our next International Yoga Retreats is in beautiful Fiji in late August 2023 and I have Morocco and Philippines in the planning stages for 2024.

I love serving the world by helping people find their true purpose. I coach and inspire people who are struggling with any kind of chaos in their life.

Yoga and Ayurveda’s life knowledge has helped me move through my own struggles and I now feel I have the ability to help others who want my help.

Learning to become more present helped me trust my own intuition and improve my self-worth and there is nothing more powerful than knowing yourself on a deep level.

When I’m not teaching I spend my time travelling and hanging out with friends over a quiet drink or a cup of tea. I have created my perfect life. I absolutely love Travel and culture and if you want to reinvent yourself or find yourself than join me on Retreat somewhere in the world soon.
