Let’s experience slower and gentle stretches, more restful nourishing movement, and deeply relaxing calming breath practices.

Relax with aromatherapy, healing sound, delicious chai, and healthy treats for everyone after this wonderful yoga class.

This session is suitable for all and particularly beneficial for anyone who’s feeling stressed, fatigued, anxious, lonely or overwhelmed, or with insomnia.

Let’s all rest and accept the wonderful way of accessing deep relaxation and realize that sometimes doing nothing (resting in the now) can be one of the most powerful, supporting, and healing practices of all.

Teacher Susan is a full-time Yoga Teacher in Mackay Queensland, Australia, Ayurvedic Practitioner, CFS Health Recovery and Transformation Coach, and Founder of Unity Yoga Ayurveda.

She brings out the best in people by honoring the greatness in everyone. She is driven by the personal purpose of transforming people to be the best version of themselves and bringing them to their fullest potential.

It’s more of helping people to have more energy and help them know how to live the life they are meant to be. Assisting people to find their purpose by quietening the mind, and improving the health of the body so they have self-trust through yoga and Ayurveda.

  • Following your payment, you will be taken to the calendar to book a time for your first session that best suits you. Teacher Susan will then contact you within the next 24 hrs of receiving your contact details to make sure you feel comfortable before you begin your selfcare yoga program.
  • At the first session with Sue you can book your remaining classes according to the package purchased.
