INVERSION WORKSHOP
INVESTMENT: $150
All necessary props provided; just bring your water bottle.
Headstand:
From prep to full Headstand.
Tripod Headstand:
Transition from Half Tripod Stand to full Tripod Stand.
Forearm Stand:
Explore Dolphin Posture and work towards Forearm Stand.
Handstand:
Progress from a 45-degree Handstand at the wall to a full Handstand, with and without the wall.
Shoulder Stand:
Move from Half Shoulder Stands to Full Shoulder Stand.
Counter pose:
Incorporate Fish Posture for balance.
Relaxation:
End the session with a blissful 15-minute Savasana.
